Refund policy

At J&H Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned once they have been opened or used.

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received an incomplete order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing your request.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges

We only replace products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), J&H Cosmetics will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
