Shipping Information

UAE Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: 4-6 business days
  • Shipping Cost: Free on orders over AED 200, otherwise AED 30
  • We ship from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends)
  • Orders placed before 2 PM are typically dispatched the same day

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.

Returns Policy

30-Day Return Guarantee We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of purchase.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • All tags and seals must be intact
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility (unless the item is defective)
