◾ Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (available at checkout)
◾ Free Shipping: On all orders above AED 200
◾ Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Shipping

We currently ship across the UAE and select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

To be eligible for a return:

◾ The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
◾ Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@jh-cosmetics.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
